I completed my undergraduate studies at Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, LA and earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from DePaul University in Chicago, IL. Before transitioning to therapy, I spent several years working in the tech industry.

My therapy experience includes internships at Nexus Indian Oaks, where I worked with children exhibiting defiant behaviors, and St. Elizabeth Hospital, where I conducted individual and group therapy sessions for children in an inpatient setting. I later worked at Chicagoland Professional Therapy Group, providing therapy for cases referred by the Department of Child and Family Services.

I primarily practice using the Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) model, helping clients identify and challenge irrational beliefs or thought patterns. My approach is calm, empathetic,

non-judgmental, and understanding, allowing me to connect with clients and support them in achieving their goals.
